Why drinks tip at a picnic
Identify whether the problem is the drink’s footprint, the surface underneath or something moving through its space.
A narrow base is one part of the problem
Steadi gives compatible drinkware a wider support footprint. That does not establish a spill-proof result. A tall container, an off-center load or a strong bump can still challenge the setup.
Uneven ground needs a different spot
A root, blanket fold or slope can make a drink lean before anyone touches it. Correct the supporting surface first. Do not expect a freestanding base to level itself or anchor to the ground.
Look at what moves around it
Passing plates, reaching for a basket and standing up can put hands or feet through the drink’s space. Move the drink beside its owner and outside those paths. Pick it up before moving the blanket or table.
Check seating and fit
Measure the container base and seat it fully. Low handles, boots and an unusual bottom shape can interfere even when the diameter looks right. A holder should not be forced onto a container that does not fit.
Do not infer insect or spill protection
Steadi does not cover an open drink, repel insects, prevent contamination or contain spilled liquid. Choose drinkware and a setup appropriate to your outing. A broader footprint is the product’s role—not protection against every outdoor problem.
